XNR-400B/D Digital melt flow index mfi tester /Plastic Melt flow rate MFI tester, Plastic Melt Flow Indexer Melt Flow Rate MFI MVR Tester
XNR Series Melt Flow Index is used for determination of melt flow rate properties of thermoplastic (such as PE, PP, POM, ABS, PC, nylon and Fluor plastics, etc) under high temperature, according to test methods of GB/T3682, ISO1133, ASTM D1238 test standard. It is widely supplied to the production factory and science and research institute.
Features:
1. High-precision English switchable color controller, have incomparable advantages control accuracy and service life.
2. Automatic and manual cutting control, accurate to 0.1s, can be arbitrary set cutting time and cutting times.
3. Built-in micro printer can print test data.
4. Double temperature control system, using double imported heating ring, double imported PT100 platinum resistance sensor, improve the test accuracy and temperature stability.
5. Added displacement sensor, can achieve test in MVR (volume method) with 0.01mm accuracy.
6. The MVR method can output the test results directly without cutting.
7. The density value of the material at certain temperature can be calculated by the ratio of MVR method and MFR method.
8. The computer can be connected via USB, and test conditions can be set on the computer by software to print data and store data(optional).
